LynQX is an agentic-AI marketplace connecting credentialed experts with the regulated work they're best suited to do. We're built for the next decade of biotech — adaptive trials, gene therapy CMC, GxP-validated AI — where matching on titles is no longer enough.
Why this exists
The market for life-sciences expertise is broken in five specific ways: resumes lose information, recruiters can’t read the science, senior expertise is locked behind full-time roles, AI/bio talent is invisible to keyword searches, and outcome data is privately held. Each of these forces sponsors and investors into expensive, slow, opaque relationships with executive search firms.
LynQX inverts the model. Persistent agents continuously search, verify, and match capability — Skills × Insights × Tools × Experience — against expressed need. Humans remain in the loop for every external side effect. Verifiable Credentials live on the W3C standard, portable beyond LynQX itself.
What we believe

Every fact in the UI carries a source URL. Unattributed facts fail review. We won't ship the regulated work otherwise.

The roadmap
We’re in Phase 1 — Concierge, Profiler, Verifier, Matchmaker, and Compliance Sentinel running for two paid pilot sponsors and 200 verified experts across oncology and rare disease. Phase 2 (months 4–8) brings Scout, Negotiator, and Project Operator at 5,000 experts and SOC 2 Type I.
By month 12: Insight Synthesizer, Knowledge Curator v1, GxP / 21 CFR Part 11 mode, and our first MCP server. SOC 2 Type II in observation.
